Reviews
Picked up at restaurant Interior: off 202, this place is surprisingly clean and spacious inside. Food: ordered Pho Dac Biet, Roast Pork Rice Noodle, and Iced Coffee Pho: MONEY MONEY. Their pho broth and noodles are comparable to the Pho75 in Philly. VERY delicious, DARE I SAY, best in DE. The meat is fresh, the veggies are fresh, all in all it's what I've been craving Roast Pork Rice Noodle: the vermicelli noodles are a lot thicker than the usual. Pork has excellent flavor and size is decent. Iced Coffee: OMGGGGG SOOOO GOOD. Better than all the other Vietnamese Iced coffees around Overall: I'm a HUGE fan. This is the place to eat pho in DE. You will not be disappointed.
Ordered takeout for lunch the other day and it was very good. I've had the pork pho (132-pho thit nuong) previously, but wanted to try their broken rice dish for a little variety. Was not disappointed at all!!! I will continue to support this new Pho restaurant in Wilmington
Ordered takeout through UberEats for lunch and our food was ready in minutes! The pick up was very smooth, and everything was packed well. The banh mi here are so delicious. The warm bread is perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I got the special combo banh mi (banh mi dac biet) which comes with pork cold cuts, pate, and head cheese. Do NOT sleep on head cheese, it is hands down my favorite thing in a banh mi. The cold cuts and pate have such a rich and savory flavor combo that pairs so well with the crispness and sweetness of the pickled carrots and daikon. The goi cuon (summer rolls) are good. They're not too different from the goi cuon I've had at most Vietnamese restaurants but they're a solid appetizer choice. All in all, this was a great choice for lunch! The service is quick, the food is delicious, and the value for the portion size is unbeatable. It's really nice that I no longer have to make the drive to Philly anytime I want Vietnamese food now!
Absolutely love this new Vietnamese option in North Wilmington! We've gotten takeout several times and have thoroughly enjoyed every meal --- probably because we've had a hard time straying from our usual order: summer rolls with shrimp and the deluxe pho with rare beef. We typically order by phone, but they have always answered right away and have had the food ready as promised within 20 minutes of our order. Make sure you get a copy of the menu when you pick up for the first time --- it's a pain to find it online (they have a website, but it's not among the first options that come up on Google). The summer rolls are fresh and delicious, with plenty of fresh herbs and packed with shrimp. The pho broth is flavorful enough that I don't find myself automatically adding the Hoisin and lime like I do elsewhere. The large is big enough for the two of us to split if we are eating an appetizer as well. We also sometimes request a side of mixed vegetables to add a kick of health (and to make it a bit more filling), though this request has only been intermittently successful --- sometimes we get a true side dish of cabbage and broccoli, sometimes it seems they just add extra bean sprouts to the bag of mix-ins.
When I was sick I wanted to get some take out pho to help my sore throat! The guy who took my order was very nice. He offered me ice water while I waited for my order (and told me to call next time so I wouldn't have to wait). I got the large rare steak pho and fried shrimp and pork spring rolls. Spring rolls were amazing and had lots of filling. The pho broth was perfection. There was plenty of noodles and plenty of meat! I always wish there is more meat but other than that a solid pho place. I'm glad I found another place I can get my pho fix :) def. Coming back to try more menu items
